THE VINEYARDS

I Vigneti sono ubicati a monte del lago Poma, zona enologica molto vocata, ed hanno conseguito la denominazione D.O.C., nello specifico "Monreale" ed "Alcamo". Pertanto i vini prodotti dalla nostra cantina si possono fregiare del titolo "VINO D.O.C. MONREALE" e "VINO D.O.C. ALCAMO", nonchè della denominazione "TERRE SICILIANE I.G.P.)

The corporate restructuring of the vineyards was also carried out with the utmost respect for quality: the number of plants per hectare was increased, but the number of buds per plant decreased, so as to further refine the quality of the grapes.

The varieties grafted onto rootstocks of the '' SICILY '' type are:

- The natives:

Whites: Catarratto, GrecanicoD’orato, Grillo, Inzolia and Zibibbo;

Reds: Perricone, Nero D'Avola, NerelloMacalese and Frappato.

- International grape varieties:

Whites: Viognier and Chardonnay;

Reds: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
