VINTAGE: 2021.
COLOR: Ruby red. Meditation wine, over the years it will present very elegant garnet reflections.
BOUQUET: At the nose it gives intense sensations of small red fruits, quite ripe cherries in spirits, Arab licorice extract, cocoa and almond with a surprising mineral finish and balsamic features, eucalyptus and mint that end up elegantly combined with memories of light spices. At the end, you can faintly perceive a lunar scent, of warm earth that recalls the ardor of its terroir.
TASTE: At the palate it flows with regal elegance and finesse thanks to its silky tannins. Hints of cherry and raspberry give harmony to the good structure of his body. Deeply entrancing and round flavor, a dream to drink.
PRODUCTION AREA: Western Sicily. 350 meters above sea level.
TRAINING METHOD: Espalier with ''Guyot'' pruning.
HARVEST:  Mid- September.
VINIFICATION:  After a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard and reached perfect ripeness, the crushing-destemming is performed and subsequently the grapes are left to macerate for about 08/10 days. Aging in small French oak vats for about 3 months before being bottled and ready to amaze the palates.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16°-19°C. 
PAIRINGS: Perfect with red meat, great roasts. Meat-based first courses and tasty cheeses.
