GRAPES: 100% Syrah. International grape that has perfectly adapted to the Sicilian territory.
It satisfies the senses and warms deeply with its heat, 
it offers unique, deep and precious sensations from the very first sip.
VINTAGE: 2021.
COLOR: Intense ruby ​​red with violet reflections.
BOUQUET: Precious bouquet, notes of violet, raspberry, cherry, wild mint emerge at the nose which blend in perfect harmony with memories of blackberry jam, plum, blueberry and licorice. Distinctive feature is the note of black pepper conferred by the '' rotoundone '' of Syrah. Meditation wine, over the time it gives elegant hints of bitter cocoa, tobacco, coffee, caramelized sugar and ''goudron''.
TASTE: At the palate it is dense, sensual and voluminous. Fine-grained and well-hatched tannins. Intense and elegantly persistent finish with long balsamic echoes. Full-bodied, concentrated and opulent wine. Broad in its expressiveness, it offers sensations of chocolate-mint combined with ripe plum and berries.
PRODUCTION AREA: Western Sicily. 350 meters above sea level.
TRAINING METHOD: Espalier with ''Guyot'' pruning.
HARVEST:  Mid- September.
VINIFICATION: After a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, the grapes that was reached perfect phenolic ripeness are harvested. The maturation takes place with indigenous yeasts and follows an aging of 3 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
ALLERGENS: Contains sulphites.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16°-18°C. 
PAIRINGS: Excellent with first and second courses based on meat, roasts and grills and smoked cheeses.
